The effect of infrared radiation
Most of our infrared cabins are equipped with two different types of infrared radiation. On the one hand with surface radiators and on the other hand with full spectrum radiators. The surface radiators ensure that the air in the cabin is heated with the superficially acting infrared C radiation. This triggers intensive sweating, which supports the regeneration of the body and strengthens the immune system. The full-spectrum radiators specifically target problem areas in the neck or back. As the name of the radiators suggests, they contain the infrared full spectrum, i.e. the A, B and C radiation. While an area radiator only heats the room air and the top layer of the skin, the proportion of infrared A radiation in the full-spectrum radiator also reaches the deeper-lying muscle tissue. This deep heat ensures a strong blood circulation of the skin and the muscles. The control of the radiators is located inside the infrared cabin. Depending on which type of heat you prefer, you can switch the infrared radiators on or off or dim them as desired. Many athletes use infrared cabins before or after training. Before training, the muscles are warmed up by the infrared radiation to prevent injuries. After training, the deep heat promotes muscle relaxation.
