The Swiss manufacturer LAUFEN has been designing bathroom worlds for body and soul since 1892. Today, the company stands for holistic bathroom culture with a focus on sustainability, excellent design, innovation and technological leadership that stems from a long tradition of high-quality craftsmanship. LAUFEN pursues the vision of the bathroom as a living space, which is why the comprehensive solutions have an innovative, unique and endearing aesthetic – from the ceramics and fittings to the bathtubs and shower trays, furniture, mirrors and accessories through to the installation systems.
LAUFEN's headquarters are located in Laufen, a town very close to Basel. The company produces in six of its own production facilities in Central Europe.

LAUFEN's mission statement includes taking responsibility for the economically, socially and ecologically sustainable development of all generations. LAUFEN designs its products to be as climate-friendly, environmentally friendly and socially responsible as possible – from the selection of materials and production through to delivery, use and recycling – so that the good feeling of purity and comfort can be enjoyed without any worries. The company is aware that this is an ongoing process that needs to be constantly developed and adjusted.
In 2021, as part of the Roca Group, LAUFEN joined the United Nations Global Compact, a worldwide agreement between companies and the UN that aims to establish reliable corporate practices for a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Created by renowned Italian designer Stefano Giovannoni, this award-winning collection epitomises his visionary approach to bathroom design. Using pioneering materials such as sapphire ceramic and Sentec, alongside the more traditional fine fire clay, the collection embraces the design of bold shapes and colours, while the Sentec freestanding bath offers a velvety tactile experience, combining ergonomic comfort with visual drama.
