corso sauna manufaktur – Individuality at the highest level

History
corso sauna manufaktur was founded in 1968 by K. Bührmann and W. Baumholt and taken over by Max and Benedictus Lingens as managing directors in 2012. At the Lingens' company headquarters in Bramsche (near Osnabrück, Lower Saxony), corso sauna manufaktur designs and builds high-quality saunas for indoor and outdoor use. The company in Bramsche currently employs around 50 people, who follow the individual steps through to the finished customised sauna with a love of detail – 11 of whom are involved in the planning of the individual saunas alone. Closely linked to wood as a natural resource, corso sauna manufaktur always pays attention to the efficient use of materials.
The supreme discipline of sauna construction – individually manufactured in Bramsche
When you consider that corso sauna manufaktur offers over 100 different wood designs, you already know that the variety of a single cabin seems infinite when it comes to wood alone. corso sauna manufaktur manufactures exactly the sauna that suits you and your personal ideas. The company works with individual production and builds all saunas by hand. The advantage for the customer is obvious: there is no serial production, so that you as a customer are not bound to certain product designs, but receive a custom-made design sauna. corso sauna manufaktur also promises production in Germany, which means a guarantee of "Made in Germany". The high service standard, the constant development of new and modern design ideas and corso's aspiration to become an absolute premium brand clearly set the sauna manufacturer apart from other suppliers.
corso sauna manufaktur – relaxing in your own sauna
As already mentioned, corso sauna manufaktur can choose from over 100 types of wood. Spruce is probably the most original wood in sauna construction. It is knotty, rustic and also conveys a homely feeling. Aspen, which has become a very popular wood in sauna construction, does not feel so hot thanks to its low density and is easy to work with. It provides a smooth, homogeneous appearance and has few grain/knotholes compared to spruce. The trend, however, is more towards Hemlock, which is also clearly noticeable in the demand from customers. The wood of Canadian origin is a coniferous wood with good durability and a fine annual ring structure. The warm colour tone gives the Hemlock wood a cosy feeling. Of course, you can also equip your dream sauna with glass surfaces to create more openness, brightness and transparency. However, please bear in mind the thermal conductivity of glass. Many customers now use stone in their saunas to enhance the appearance of the sauna and as a splash guard behind the heater. Stone also guarantees a consistent colour pattern in the long term.
Your way to your own sauna
If you are interested in an individually manufactured sauna of high, if not the highest, quality, please contact us. We will make an appointment with you and come to your home to take measurements. Thanks to a sample case, we can already develop an initial tendency towards the desired wood there. On the basis of our drawing, we will prepare an offer with corso sauna manufaktur, which we will then send to you for review. There, corso also lists optional products again, such as additional LED lighting or upgrading the sauna with infrared radiators. If you decide to purchase a corso sauna, you will receive an order confirmation including technical dimension drawings, which you must countersign accordingly. The way to your corso sauna is very simple and requires little effort on your part. We advise, we measure, we coordinate the final design with you and the manufacturer.
Set up on site
Of course, corso can send the sauna to your home as it is and you assemble the sauna yourself. However, please bear in mind that the cabins must be installed at a distance of 4-6 cm from existing walls. If you are planning to install the sauna in a niche, make sure that there is rear ventilation.
However, since this is not what corso sauna manufaktur is about, the company has its own assembly service. It should be emphasised that the person responsible for the final acceptance of your cabin will also assemble the cabin on site. This eliminates misunderstandings and ambiguities between production and assembly.
