Manufacturer

No segment in the bathroom is as important as the area of faucets. The most beautiful bathtub, the highest quality shower, the most design-rich washbasin, everything is nothing without the right faucet. We work together with the faucet manufacturers Dornbracht, Hansgrohe, Axor, Keuco and Villeroy & Boch, among others, who can all look back on a long history and have the necessary know-how to produce high-quality and technically sophisticated faucets. In the outdoor sector, we have gained a partner in INOXSTYLE, which manufactures high-quality outdoor showers made of stainless steel and also has the matching single-lever mixers in its range.

Types of construction

The manufacturer usually distinguishes between single-lever mixers, mixer taps, thermostats and floor-standing valves in its bathroom faucets. The latter offer only cold water, so are actually mostly found only in the guest bathroom. Single-lever mixers have, as the name suggests, a lever with which you can regulate the amount of water as well as the temperature accordingly. Mixer taps usually use two levers, with which you control the amount of water and temperature. A thermostat regulates the temperature to a certain number of degrees and is technically sophisticated enough to maintain that number. It should be noted that most thermostats both wall-mounted faucets require a corresponding flush-mounted body for installation. Cleaning

When cleaning high-quality faucets, the manufacturers provide appropriate care tips for their products. Not every faucet reacts the same way to certain cleaners, which is why it is advisable to read the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations on the respective website or in the faucet's operating instructions. However, you can never go wrong with clear hot water.

Special surfaces

In addition to chrome, the most common "color finish" for faucets, over the past few years more and more special finishes have made a rank. Surely one knows beside chrome the aluminum, high-grade steel or golden versions of the armatures. Also black and white are to be found in the bath again and again at the armatures. The manufacturers offer more and more special surfaces, the selection and thus also the design scope or the individuality of the design knows almost no limits.
