The advantages of a corner infrared cabin

Almost everyone has visited a sauna, but have you ever experienced the pleasant warmth of a corner infrared cabin? While you sweat in a sauna at very high temperatures between 70 and 100 degrees, the temperature in an infrared cabin is usually only between 35 and 50 degrees. The heat is not generated by a stove, but by infrared radiation. Here, however, one can distinguish between two types of radiators.

Not all infrared radiation is the same

Infrared radiation provides a soothing warmth. But how exactly does it work and how do the different types of infrared differ from each other? With regard to infrared cabins, one must first distinguish between panel radiators and full-spectrum radiators. While surface radiators heat the infrared cabin to the desired temperature, full-spectrum radiators provide selective heating of the irradiated skin surface. The letters A, B and C refer to the penetration depth of the radiators into the skin. Irradiation in the infrared C range penetrates only up to 0.1 mm into the horny layer of the skin, while infrared B radiation penetrates up to 0.5 mm into the epidermis. Infrared A radiation alone provides the so-called deep heat, as it penetrates up to 5 mm into the lower skin layers. In the irradiated part of the body, the blood vessels dilate and the heat is distributed throughout the entire body. At the same time, the muscles of the selectively irradiated body region relax.

Corner infrared cabin as a practical room solution

Compared to a classic sauna, infrared cabins require less space. If you still have concerns about whether you have enough space for your own heat cabin, you should take a closer look at our corner infrared cabins. Corner infrared cabins are in great demand as they are a real problem solution for certain spaces. Corner infrared cabins fill the corner of the room well and open up to the room in an elegant and inviting way, so that visitors to the cabin feel a positive effect as soon as they enter the room. For example, if you have an unused corner, a corner infrared cabin could be just the thing for you. Infrared cabins are not only more space-saving than a sauna, they also heat up much faster and thus consume less energy. Full-spectrum heaters heat the air inside the cabin to the desired temperature in about 10-15 minutes. The full-spectrum radiant heaters are even ready for use immediately and do not need to be preheated.

Corner infrared cabins in different designs

Our corner infrared cabins are designed for two to four people, depending on the model. However, this does not mean that there is not room for more people in the cabin. However, the full-spectrum radiators correspond to the number of people specified in the description. If, for example, you decide on an infrared cabin for three people, there may also be room for four or even five people. However, only three people can use the full spectrum radiators with deep heat at the same time. The other persons can, however, enjoy the warmth of the panel radiators.

The advantages of a corner infrared cabin

Our corner infrared cabins are state-of-the-art and easy to operate. Due to the comparatively lower temperatures, an infrared cabin can even be an alternative for people who are not allowed to visit a sauna for health reasons. However, those should definitely seek medical advice before using an infrared cabin or even deciding to buy one. An infrared cabin is particularly suitable for people who want to treat specific areas of the body, such as the back or neck, with targeted heat. The selective heating of the irradiated body region causes better blood circulation as well as relaxation of the muscles.

High-quality infrared cabin with integrated control unit

An infrared cabin is a luxury you don't treat yourself to every day. For this reason, you will only find models made of high-quality wood such as hemlock, red cedar or Nordic spruce in our online shop. You should note that each wood has different properties. Hemlock wood is particularly suitable for an infrared sauna, as it can easily withstand the changing climatic conditions inside the cabin. Cedar wood is also enormously durable and also contains natural essential oils that have an antibacterial and expectorant effect. Nordic spruce grows in extreme cold and is therefore particularly resistant. The fine-pored structure also ensures a strong and soothing heat climate. Our corner infrared cabins are not only convincing due to their construction, but also due to the simple control and the sophisticated equipment.

Corner infrared cabin with coloured light therapy

The heat is not the only health-promoting factor. Through an integrated LED coloured light system in some cabins, you also have the possibility to perform a so-called coloured light therapy. Some researchers assume that the colour light therapy procedure has an effect on the autonomic nervous system. This controls and regulates vital functions of the body such as heartbeat, breathing, digestion and metabolism. In this form of therapy, the energy of coloured light is used to alleviate psychological and psychosomatic complaints. In total, the therapy includes seven colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and magenta. Each colour of light has an individual wavelength and energy that affects the human body differently. Blue light, for example, tends to have a calming and pain-relieving effect, while red light has a stimulating and warming effect.

Enjoy time out in your own heat cabin

A corner infrared cabin is a wellness experience for all the senses. The radiators ensure that aching muscle tension is relieved and the body is enveloped in comforting warmth. Changing coloured light also helps to calm the mind. The aroma of essential oils further supports this relaxation effect of body and mind. With the help of the Bluetooth speaker, which most of the infrared cabins have, you also have the option of listening to your favourite music or favourite podcasts, so that you can enjoy your time in your infrared sauna to the maximum. The combination of heat, light, aroma and music will certainly help you to relax in the best possible way in your heat cabin after a stressful day.
