If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive a 2% discount on the total value of goods. This will be automatically deducted from the value of goods in the ordering process. After your order you will receive a binding order confirmation with our bank details so that you can transfer the invoice amount in full. We will ship your ordered goods after receipt of payment (subject to availability).
PayPal is a fast and secure payment method where your bank or credit card details are stored exclusively with PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order. If you are already registered there as a customer, you can log in with your user data and make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you either have the option to log in there as a guest or you open a new PayPal account. After that you can confirm the payment. As a rule, we receive the payment within a few minutes, so that we can process your order immediately.
With Klarna: Pay now you can make your payment securely and immediately with your online banking data. You have the choice between Klarna direct bank transfer or direct debit. After payment has been made, we receive a real-time transaction confirmation so that we can ship your goods to you as quickly as possible. Klarna: Pay now is available for customers residing in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Finland and Belgium. However, please note that direct debit is not available for selection in Finland and Belgium, only direct bank transfer.
To use direct bank transfer as a payment method, you do not need to set up an extra account, but can use your own online banking data for this purpose. First, you select the country and then the bank through which the transfer should be made. To do this, simply enter BIC, sort code or the name of your bank. You will then be redirected to the login area of an encrypted payment page. Here you enter your online banking data, which is then transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. Finally, you enter your TAN for confirmation. The invoice amount will then be debited from your bank account. We receive an immediate confirmation of your transfer order, so that we can then send your goods (subject to availability) directly to you. The payment method direct transfer is available worldwide and is supported by most banks. You only need an account at a bank from the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium or Poland.
If you choose the payment method purchase on account (also Klarna Pay Later), this is processed via the payment provider Klarna. Payment is made within 30 days, starting from the time of your purchase. The purchase on account is available for customers with a residence in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Finland. As soon as we have shipped your goods, you will receive payment notification from Klarna. You can then pay your invoice either by bank transfer (the bank details are included in the Klarna payment notification) or using the Klarna customer portal or app. If you choose direct bank transfer, you do not need to enter your account details online.
The payment method hire purchase (Klarna Slice it) is also carried out via the payment service provider Klarna. Customers pay off their invoice in monthly installments. To use this payment method, first select it in the checkout process. If you do not yet have an account with Klarna, you need to create one. To do this, you will be asked to provide some personal information (name, billing address, date of birth, phone number and email address). As a new customer at Klarna, a check will then take place in the background. You can then divide the amount due into any installments and pay them off in 3 to a maximum of 36 months. After you have sent your order, you will receive an email from Klarna with the payment link. You pay your installments either via the Klarna customer portal or the Klarna app using your preferred payment method, e.g. SEPA direct debit or credit card. Important for you to know: The effective debit interest rate for purchases by installment payment is between 0 and 14.99%.
Payment by credit card is available to customers worldwide. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To pay by credit card, simply enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card verification number. As soon as we have shipped your goods, your credit card will be charged with the amount to be paid.
Apple Pay is available as a payment method to users of Apple devices from over 35 countries. If you want to pay via Apple Pay, you need an Apple device (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch), an Apple ID, and a credit card. You store your payment data in the Wallet app. You can then authenticate your online transfer via Touch ID or Face ID. As soon as this process is successfully completed, we will immediately ship your goods (subject to availability).
giropay is the common online payment method of the German banks and savings banks and is supported by more than 1,500 credit institutions in Germany. If you want to use giropay as a payment method, you can either pay directly online from your checking account, without prior registration. Or you can register in advance via your online banking, so that you only need your user name and password when you make the payment.
You are welcome to pick up your ordered goods at b-cube in Brilon (Möhnestraße 56, 59929 Brilon) and pay on site. To do this, please first select "Pick up at location" as the shipping method in the checkout process. As soon as we have received your goods, you will be informed by e-mail. After making an appointment, you can then pick up your goods from us.
