If you would like to order a product in our showroom, you will receive it at the same price as in our online store. However, we are also happy to take the time for a detailed consultation in which we plan your bathroom together with you. Our 1,500 m² exhibition with many brand manufacturers offers plenty of inspiration. You also have the option of having your bathroom individually planned and installed. In this case, the prices will differ compared to the online store.
We are happy to offer appropriate spare parts for your existing product. If the item was purchased from us, we only need the invoice number to process the offer. For products not purchased from us, please check the availability of the spare parts.
Yes, we offer bathroom planning in 3D. Our planning package includes on-site measurements, room and area layout, creative room design, detailed material planning, CAD drawings (floor plans, views and perspectives), consultation, corrections as well as changes. The expected delivery times are stored in the product descriptions in our online store. Since we are - with the exception of stock items - dependent on the delivery capacity of the manufacturer, the stated delivery times may vary. Please understand that we can therefore not make any binding delivery time information and assume no liability for any delivery time overruns. As soon as these become apparent, we will inform you immediately. Please also note that the goods will only be reserved or ordered after the payment has been booked. Excluded from this is of course the purchase on account.
The shipping costs for Germany and some selected European countries are displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping is calculated based on the item with the highest shipping cost, regardless of the order quantity.
Parcel goods are shipped with the service providers DPD, DHL or UPS. Forwarding goods are handed over to the forwarding agency Keimeier & Finke or internationally to Schenker. These cooperate with corresponding forwarding associations.
We will be happy to provide you with a tracking code for your shipment. In addition, the carrier will contact you by phone before delivering the goods.
You are welcome to pick up the goods in Brilon after making an appointment.
A partial delivery is associated with more effort, but can be made possible by selection in the shopping cart and in consultation with our customer service.
Parcels are delivered as usual to the front door and freight forwarded goods classically free curbside. If you wish a delivery to the apartment, this must be agreed in advance with customer service. Additional costs will be charged accordingly.
All goods are shipped with appropriate transport insurance. It is your responsibility to report any damaged outer packaging to the carrier upon delivery and also to notify us. For forwarded goods, concealed damage is considered insured up to two days after receipt, provided the outer packaging is in perfect condition. We therefore ask for immediate inspection after receipt of the goods.
We check every shopping cart for technical feasibility. In addition, we can also check your specification in advance.

Assembly of the products is not possible by b-cube itself. However, since we have a wide network of assemblers, we will be pleased to recommend assembly partners to you on request.
The exhibition in Brilon is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. If you wish an appointment outside the opening hours, this is possible by appointment.

If you call our customer service, you will reach trained employees in the showroom on site. They deal with the products from the online store on a daily basis and can therefore provide you with ideal advice.
Anyone can buy from us! We are registered wholesalers and retailers and can therefore sell both to the installer and directly to the end customer. We will also be happy to assist your installer by providing appropriate instructions and materials for the installation of your products purchased from us.
