Delivery date / delivery condition

Please note that the stated delivery dates in our webshop are estimated delivery times. Because we are dependent on the ability of manufacturers to deliver, with the exception of stock items, longer delivery times may occur depending on availability, which we will communicate with you immediately after becoming known. Therefore, it is also important that you provide your phone number in the ordering process, so that we can reach you quickly in case of queries. The phone number will of course be treated confidentially and if only passed on to the respective transport company (for the purpose of delivery date coordination). We hope for your understanding.

The corresponding delivery time for the respective article variant is shown on the product detail page under the thumb "Availability" of the drop-up window. Simply guide your mouse over the thumb and the delivery time will then be displayed accordingly. In the mobile version, the delivery time is displayed under the item price as a cirka indication.

Logistics partner is the German parcel service - DPD. The delivery of the goods takes place within 1-3 days after readiness for shipment. We use the DPD Predict procedure available from DPD, which means that no one needs to wait for their parcel. DPD tells the recipient on the day of delivery to the hour exactly when his package will arrive. In live tracking, the time window is even updated to up to 30 minutes.

The delivery of the goods takes place within 1-3 days after readiness for dispatch. We order an announcement from the respective forwarding agent so that you can arrange a date for delivery with the forwarding agent on the day before the delivery. This is a service of our company and is free of charge for you.
