SCHEDEL MULTISTAR® shower elements are flush with the floor, sealed at the factory and can be tiled directly. Due to this procedure, a quick and clean installation of the systems can take place. From a tile size of 50 x 50 mm, the elements from SCHEDEL can even be accessed with a wheelchair. The MULTISTAR® shower systems with point drainage offer a number of useful features:
The SCHEDEL shower elements convince with an integrated slope, as well as with an anti-slip surface according to DIN 51087, group B. In addition, they are sealed in accordance with DIN 18534-1 and can also be cut.
If you need to compensate for heights during installation, the quadroU substructure system will help you. It reliably compensates for the difference in height and saves you valuable time and money. The adjustable feet play a decisive role here and enable the shower elements to be quickly adjusted to the desired height. Using installation foam and installation adhesive, installation is quick and uncomplicated.
Optionally, the shower elements can be supplied with an upturned or folded edge. In the case of installation that is not flush with the floor, this ensures a seamless and homogeneous finish to the shower surface. It is also possible to raise the silicone joint so that it is not located in the permanent wet area.

The SCHEDEL shower elements convince with a system solution including drain/gutter and substructure element for height compensation on the respective construction site. The solutions can be tiled immediately and can be accessed by a wheelchair from a tile size of 50 x 50 mm. The integrated slope of approx. 2% ensures that the water drains off reliably.
In accordance with the requirements of DIN 18534-1, water impact class W2-l, SCHEDEL shower elements offer a watertight fleece layer with a circumferential projection of 70 mm and thus a high level of safety for sealing the transitions to the adjacent building components.
One option for shower systems with channel drainage is the four-sided slope. The shower systems are installed flush with the screed on all sides. Therefore, when tiling, pay attention to slope lines. With this type of shower elements there is no step or wedge to the screed.
A one-sided slope is also possible for the shower elements with channel drainage. In this case, the entry is installed flush with the screed and it is recommended to fix the shower enclosure on the tiled screed.
In addition, there is the option of choosing a finished surface for a SCHEDEL shower element: A high-quality surface made of 6 mm solid surface material factory-applied to hard foam element with incorporated slope. This surface offers many convincing advantages. The surface is slip-resistant in accordance with DIN 51097, Group B, as well as standardized in accordance with DIN 18534-1, water impact class W2-1 and a circumferential fleece overhang of 70 mm for professional sealing of the transitions to the wall or to the adjacent building components. An integrated, sealed gutter with floor drain barrier water height of 35 or 50 mm. The system is supplied with quadroU substructure element, which regulates the height adjustment on the construction site.
