D.1 2-hole faucets from Duravit – your aesthetic statement in the bathroom
With the new D.1 fittings series, Duravit has not only developed a stylish design, it also impresses with the latest technology. The new iconic shape, designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, creates enormous design tension. The basic cylindrical shape flows smoothly into a formally flat spout. This creates a unique balance of sharp edges and soft curves. The design series consists of 2-hole washbasin fittings that can be controlled in three different ways. All 3 types of fittings are available in the classic M version, which has a projection of 148 mm, as well as the XL version with a projection of 180 mm.
Various operating options for the D.1e and D.1z basin mixers
In the conventional version of the D.1 basin mixer with single-lever handle on the right, the single-lever handle reflects the straight, flat shape of the spout, creating a clear, harmonious structure on the washbasin. As an alternative to the lever, Duravit offers the D.1z faucet with a knurled turning handle. This enables optimum positioning, especially in conjunction with wash bowls and consoles. Another option here is the D.1e version, which can be operated using a flat electronic control knob. This knob can be operated easily and intuitively. For clear temperature setting, the control head is equipped with a temperature display. The electronic colour display, which changes from light blue to blue to orange to red, creates a user-friendly colour experience.
Individually adjustable comfort functions
The additional comfort functions from the manufacturer Duravit can be individually adjusted, such as the water runtime, hygiene flush, temperature limitation, thermal disinfection and scald protection. The surfaces available are chrome and matt black.
